We have seen a significant increase in takedown notices. Mostly to (marketplace) item pages. Tare for Items we have the permission to sell from the item creators. We always got them, something like 1-2 /month but now they are really increasing ... We are also starting to see message for listing pages (where it could be argued they are our own property) Is this a new black hat thing?

Has anyone noticed something similar?

I guess reaching out to Google is a complete waste of time ...
