Does anybody know of a tool that would allow you to upload a CSV with two columns: column 1 with the referring URL and column 2 the destination URL?

Then, ideally, the tool would crawl each of the referring urls, look for the destination URL in the code and return a Yes or No answer.

I know you can achieve this by crawling the urls and identifying all of the outlinks but I am looking for a quicker solution.

Back in the day I used to use Scrapebox for this but I run a Mac and it isn't compatible.
