My thoughts are the content. It's very "me, us, company" centric instead of focusing on what the solutions provide to the customer. Also, is the content written in a way that the target customer speaks? It sounds very generic.
Some of the pages are extremely long. (Google doesn't crawl all the way down pages most of the time.)
The footer is also massive.
There are definitely some things you can do, including conversion optimizations and improving user UX that might help you out.
A good UX makes Google happy. And focusing on solving your customers problems goes a long way. What's the saying, the customer isn't buying a drill. They're buying a hole in the wall to hang a cherished family photo.
Hopefully some of that helps!
When I closely follow the impact of such updates, based on my research to date, the majority of those expressed or those heavily impacted were due to some of their link building practices, which were against Google guidelines, followed by content quality.
This tracks with that update cycle.
