Well, first thing you should do is a custom dimension in Looker Studio with Ye Olde Reliable CASE WHEN. Like, real fast. If you haven't done it already do it right now.
Done already? Nice. Now look ad the metrics, the very same metrics you look at everyday: impressions, clics, CTR, average position.
Add two things more:
query diversity (number of different queries)
trends and time comparisons (previous period for short term trends, previous year to account for seasonality)
And you're mostly done for the analysis part.
For the revenue part... since there's actually no way to tie revenue to keywords, that's just guesswork. You can make it as well informed as possibile, but what you'll have is only a ballpark measure at best.
