I need an advice.
The client changed the way of how to show products in category pages (before they had paginated pages, now they have "Load more" button).
I saw that the positions of queries (mostly queries of category pages, but not of products) started to lose positions. So I checked if Googlebot is able to see products that are below "Load more" button. It is not able (but it sees all products before "Load more" button).
then I chose some category pages and did live test (GSC). Checked, how looks rendered page. Each tested page shows the description of category and instead of products there is a note "Nothing was found".
I also checked in the browser how Google sees the page (via Developer tools). And I saw products. So I asked developers, what they see when they imitate Googlebots in the browser (to make sure I imitate Google bots correctly). They see products as well. But they have an idea whay there are difference between what we see in the browser and rendered view of GSC live test. The main issue is that it seems nobody will fix the main issue (rendering), there are no resources to add breadcrumbs in mobile wersion of website too. They ask what meta tag they can add to product pages that would link to category.
Do you have any idea about meta tag? As it seems other options will not be done soon.
Maybe the robots.txt is disallowing access to a resource involved in loading the products.
